This holiday is a special one: in the heart of Umbria, in a small sleepy town, we shall stay in a charming hotel.
We shall pick olives, visit oil-mills, try different sorts of olive oil, wine, search for tartuffi.
Also we shall visit the cities of Orvieto and Assisi and make a trip to the Lago Trasimeno.
Hot springs to relax will be visited in San Casciano Terme.
One of the highlights of this week will be a cooking course in our lovely hotel.
Two guided hiking tours are also part of the programme.
Vans are always available. So we can also go on spontaneous tours to Assisi, Perugia, to the Lago di Bolsena, to the Opera in Orvieto or to a restaurant nearby (gas has to be paid extra).
